👑 Minecruzz SMP: Kingdom & Nations Rules 📜

Welcome, aspiring rulers and citizens, to Minecruzz SMP! Our server is designed to foster a dynamic world of player-driven kingdoms, alliances, and epic conflicts. To ensure a fair, engaging, and long-lasting experience for everyone, please read and adhere to the following rules.

---

 🌍 I. General Server Conduct

These rules apply to all players, regardless of their kingdom affiliation.

No Hacking/Cheating: Absolutely no unauthorized client modifications (e.g., X-ray, flying hacks, combat mods, auto-clickers, duping glitches not explicitly allowed). This will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
No Exploiting Bugs: If you discover a server bug or exploit, report it immediately to staff. Do not abuse it for personal gain. Failure to report and/or exploiting bugs will lead to severe penalties.
    Respectful Communication:
    * No excessive toxicity, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or other discriminatory language.
    * Keep chat in English in public channels. Use private messages or specific kingdom channels for other languages.
    * Do not spam chat or use excessive caps.
    * No real-world threats or doxing.
4.  No Advertising: Do not advertise other Minecraft servers, Discord servers, or commercial products.
5.  Lag Prevention:
    * Avoid building excessively large or complex redstone contraptions that cause significant server lag.
    * Large mob farms should have an "off" switch and be built in designated areas or far from populated regions.
    * Report any significant lag sources to staff.

🏰 II. Kingdom & Territory Rules

These rules govern the creation, management, and interaction of player-created kingdoms and their territories.

1.  Kingdom Creation:
    * To establish a formal "Kingdom" or "Nation," you must have a minimum of [Number, e.g., 5] active members.
    * Each kingdom must have a designated leader(s) and a clear name.
    * Register your kingdom with staff (e.g., via a Discord channel) to officially claim territory.
2.  Territory Claiming:
    * Claims must be clearly defined (e.g., using in-game claiming plugins, marked borders).
    * Do not claim land directly adjacent to another established kingdom's main base or claims without explicit permission from that kingdom. A reasonable buffer zone (e.g., 100 blocks) is recommended.
    * Unclaimed land is considered neutral territory and can be claimed by any kingdom, provided it doesn't violate buffer zone rules.
3.  Griefing & Raiding:
    * Griefing of claimed territory is strictly forbidden. This includes destroying blocks, stealing items, or killing passive mobs within a claimed area.
     * Raiding of unclaimed bases is allowed, but only if the base shows clear signs of abandonment (e.g., no activity for [Time, e.g., 2 weeks], no active claims). If unsure, contact staff.
    * During declared wars (see Section III), specific rules for raiding and griefing may apply within war zones.
4.  Player Bases:
    * All significant player structures and bases should be within a claimed territory to be protected from griefing. Unclaimed builds are vulnerable.
    * Do not build offensive or inappropriate structures anywhere on the map.

---

   ⚔️ III. Diplomacy & Warfare

These rules govern interactions between kingdoms, including alliances and conflicts.

1.  Alliances & Treaties:
    * Kingdoms can form alliances and sign treaties. These should be publicly declared (e.g., in a dedicated Discord channel) for transparency.
    * Treaties are generally respected, but their enforcement is primarily player-driven. Staff will only intervene in cases of clear rule-breaking (e.g., griefing outside of declared war).
2.  Declaration of War:
    * Wars between kingdoms must be formally declared (e.g., in a dedicated Discord channel) with a clear reason and defined objectives.
    * A "cooling-off" period (e.g., 24-48 hours) may be required after a declaration before hostilities can begin, to allow for preparation or negotiation.
    * During a declared war, limited griefing and PvP may be permitted within the designated "war zone" (e.g., contested territory, enemy claims). Specific rules for war will be outlined by staff or agreed upon by warring parties.
3.  PvP (Player vs. Player):
    * PvP is generally opt-in outside of declared war zones. Do not attack players who do not wish to engage in combat.
    * PvP is allowed within designated arenas or mutually agreed-upon duels.
    * During a declared war, PvP is permitted within the war zone.
4.  Peace Treaties & Surrender:
    * Kingdoms can negotiate peace treaties to end wars.
    * A kingdom may surrender at any time to end a war, accepting the terms of the victor.
    * Once a peace treaty is signed or a surrender is accepted, all hostilities must cease immediately.

---

   💰 IV. Economy & Trade

These rules pertain to player-driven economic activities.

1.  Player Shops:
    * Players are encouraged to set up their own shops within their claimed territory or in a designated public market area (if one exists).
    * Prices are determined by players.
2.  Currency:
    * The primary in-game currency is [e.g., Diamonds, Emeralds, or Money].
    3.  No Scamming (Major): While player-driven economies involve risk, blatant and large-scale scamming (e.g., taking payment without delivering goods, or vice-versa, for significant amounts) may be subject to staff intervention. Minor disputes are typically resolved by players.
4.  Taxation: Kingdoms may implement internal taxation systems for their members. This is an internal kingdom matter.

---

 🛠️ V. Staff Intervention

Staff are here to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience, not to micromanage player interactions.

1.  Rule Enforcement: Staff will enforce the rules outlined above.
  2.  Dispute Resolution: Staff will mediate serious disputes between players or kingdoms if they cannot resolve them peacefully and if a clear rule has been broken.
3.  Server Health: Staff will take action to maintain server performance and stability.
 4.  Final Say: Staff decisions are final. Abusing staff or arguing excessively after a decision has been made may result in penalties.
