Welcome to the Minecruzz SMP website and server! By accessing or using our website, Discord server, or Minecraft server (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
By using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Server Rules. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2.1. Adherence to Server Rules: All users must strictly adhere to the Minecruzz SMP Server Rules, which are available on our [Discord server/separate rules page]. These rules cover in-game conduct, chat etiquette, building regulations, and more. Violations of server rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the server and/or Discord.
2.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that: * Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. * Involves hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized client modifications on the Minecraft server. * Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts. * Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services. * Involves spamming, advertising other servers/products, or phishing. * Impersonates any person or entity, including server staff.
3.1. Server Content: All content on the Minecruzz SMP website and server, including but not limited to server files, custom plugins, designs, logos, and unique gameplay mechanics, are the property of Minecruzz SMP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. User-Generated Content: Any content you create or upload on the Services (e.g., in-game builds, chat messages, forum posts) remains your property. However, by uploading or submitting content, you grant Minecruzz SMP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Services.
4.1. "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4.2. No Guarantee of Uptime: We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Server downtime, data loss, or other technical issues may occur.
4.3. No Liability for Damages: In no event shall Minecruzz SMP, its owners, staff, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State/Jurisdiction, e.g., United States, or "the jurisdiction where the server is hosted"], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
